The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be suspended, and the balances of all associated Accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. PUB999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 4.4. Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn. PUB999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

PUB999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PUB999 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PUB999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. PUB999 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
